16/08/05 – big news!!!  as of today i will no longer be suffering severe bouts of camera envy!!!  i bit the bullet and shelled out 500 clams for a nikon  d50 dslr... with a big lens thing!  got 100 notes knocked off it by buying it online too! now i might even look professional!!   14/08/05  - ventured through to edinburgh for a bit of a music extravaganza – the chalets were playing in cabaret voltaire for the t on the fringe festival.  shrinking violet were supporting.  camera envy ensured my pics of the chalets were shite so i decided to concentrate on the other bands that were on the bill... photos of shrinking violet (playing for a second time that night), big red and stocious were taken, of which can be found in the galleries section or also on each bands sites...
